Stop the abusive, violent, anti male Super Bowl Commercials! Pepsi Max, Don’t buy!

Advertising Standards Canada – Complaint info@adstandards.com

CRTC procedure@crtc.gc.ca

Dear ADMIN,
Offensive Pepsi Commercial and Other Anti male commercials.
Folks,
This just makes my blood boil.
I called Pepsi Canada and vented. Ann said she would pass the complaint along to her supervisor.
Told her she was going to get a lot of calls. Filled in the form. Here it is.
This is a disgusting commercial and should never have seen the light of day!
It is domestic violence against a man intended to be funny. The man just goes a long with the violence and then grabs his wife
and runs away after SHE assaulted a stranger.  I say boycott Pepsi! This is not acceptable! When are the actors in these dysfunctional
commercials going to wise up and refuse to act in such a violent manner???
When is the Company going to stop promoting domestic violence and random assault as acceptable? Shame on you Pepsi!
I want a retraction of the ad, an apology to the men and women of Canada, US etc. and a proper gender equal, non violent ad. Do it!
I’m sick and tired of the anti male, anti father commercials made by stupid companies.
Don’t use their products, don’t buy and don’t watch that shit anymore!

Complaint to Chronicle Herald about gender violence in the Comics

Complaint about the Saturday Comics in the NS Chronicle Herald.
Dilbert.
In today’s comics you show an intolerant woman who smashes in the head of a man for failing to answer emails from her.
This is an  amazingly hostile and violent cartoon. How can such a thing be printed? It is a violent woman bashing in the head of a man.
It’s not funny! It sends the message that if you dare ignore emails, she can come after you and smash your head in.
Why would you allow something as gender violent as this? Children are reading these comics and they are left with the
impression that it is OK for women to beat up on men for ignoring them!
In today’s world, where men are treated as ignorant and deserving of punishment in all government and court procedures
further violence against them in front of their families is always unacceptable. You owe us all an apology.

News Tip: Boycott Rona for DV Discrimination Fundraising Campaign

News Tips:

Civil Rights Activists Stage National Boycott

Against Rona Inc., for discriminatory Anti Male Campaign.

Rona is conducting an insidious fund raising campaign for Women’s Shelters by using a video depicting mens’ violence against women.
They are not conducting an equal fund raising campaign for Men who have been victimized by womens’ violence against men.
The statistics of violence against men and women are nearly equal. Violence against men would actually be higher if the women
were arrested more often after committing violence and the police would not alter the statistics.
The anti male propaganda campaign is alive and well in Canada and is directly affecting the lives of men, fathers and their families.
Women and children suffer too when their men are being victimized.
Men are being victimized in criminal law and in family law every day.
Canada has a two tier system of discrimination against men.
There is no funding for men. There are millions of dollars in tax payers’
money being spent on women only programs and anti male propaganda campaigns.
Even in Parliament there is the Status of Women and no Status of Men.
Men are not being treated equally in the courts. Domestic violence by women against
men and women is seldom addressed or prosecuted.
Advertising is rampant that shows husbands, fathers and young boys as bumbling idiots
incapable of doing anything.
This sends a message of incompetence and gender disrespect to all people in Canada.
We will not tolerate anti male advertising and anti male fund raising.
We want equal rights, equal parental rights and equal opportunities.
Corporations be aware!
When you disrespect the men, you disrespect the whole family.
We will not buy from you!

There is currently a national boycott against Rona by the families across Canada who have been

disrespected and greatly harmed by the anti male agenda in the court system.

We encourage all people to take a serious look at where they shop. Is this an equal opportunity corporation? Do they treat men and women with equal respect? If not, don’t shop there!
See their video here.

Boycott Rona for Discrimination Against Men

Dear Advertising Standards Canada,
I would like to complain about the discrimination of men by Rona in their Domestic Violence commercial used to sell products and fundraise for women.

It is discriminatory and inaccurate. It violates Clause 14 of your Categories.

Also, I notice that you yourselves are discriminating against men.

You have not listed any discriminatory ad complaints against men, but specifically listed discriminatory ads against women.

What’s up with that? You are supposed to prevent discrimination in advertising.

There is no mention of the word “men” in your 2009 Year in Review Report.

Why?

I know victimized families due to anti male agendas  have been filing complaints for years. Here’ one. Mine. See below.

2009 YEAR IN REVIEW

http://www.adstandards.com/en/ConsumerComplaints/2009AdComplaintsReport.pdf

Clause 14 (Unacceptable Depictions and Portrayals)

Consistent with historical patterns, more than half of

the pursued complaints (541) related to Clause 14

(Unacceptable Depictions and Portrayals). However,

most of these involved matters of personal taste or

preference and did not raise issues under any of the

provisions of this clause.

Councils ultimately upheld 13 complaints about five

advertisements under Clause 14. Among these were

advertisements that were found to denigrate women

and/or offend general standards of public decency.

Clause:

14. UNACCEPTABLE DEPICTIONS AND PORTRAYALS

It is recognized that advertisements may be distasteful

without necessarily conflicting with the provisions of

this clause 14; and the fact that a particular product or

service may be offensive to some people is not sufficient

grounds for objecting to an advertisement for that

product or service.

Advertisements shall not:

(a) condone any form of personal discrimination,

including that based upon race, national origin, religion,

sex or age;

(b) appear in a realistic manner to exploit, condone

or incite violence; nor appear to condone, or directly

encourage, bullying; nor directly encourage, or exhibit

obvious indifference to, unlawful behaviour;

(c) demean, denigrate or disparage any identifiable

person, group of persons, firm, organization, industrial

or commercial activity, profession, product or service

or attempt to bring it or them into public contempt or

ridicule;

(d) undermine human dignity; or display obvious

indifference to, or encourage, gratuitously and without

merit, conduct or attitudes that offend the standards of

public decency prevailing among a significant segment

of the population.

Dear CEO,
You have an ad for raising funds for women’s shelters.
Are you doing a similar ad for male victims of abuse?
Who are the main renovation customers in your store? Men?
Are you aware that the abuse to males is nearly equal? Actually it is  more prevalent, because women are seldom arrested.
I am a woman and I was assaulted by a woman and the police wouldn’t arrest her. I had to do my own private prosecution
and despite photos and eye witnesses, she was acquitted. She is my husband’s ex.
Are you also aware that the family law court system favours women to the extent of violating all parental rights of fathers, all the time?
Again, we are the victims. We are still paying child support to the ex for a missing adult man of 23, whom we have not seen
and don’t know his whereabouts for the last 5 years.
The court system and the criminal system discriminates against men.
Are you aware that your ad is offensive and hurtful to the millions of families in Canada that are being discriminated by
anti male hate crimes ? Are you also aware that Women’s shelters are used routinely and fraudulently to obtain sole
custody by falsely accusing the father of abuse?
Are you aware that most shelters are not filled to capacity so they use them as daycares?
Are you aware that a  brainwashing, anti male hate propaganda  campaign comes with the shelter stay?
Are you aware that Status of Women receives millions of dollars annually and not one cent is spent on a single male?
Please pull the ad!
I also requested a reply.
