We are experiencing a child support scam of immense proportions. My husband, Victor Harris is
still paying child support for a nearly 22 year old man, whose whereabouts are unknown. We have not known where he is or heard from him in more than 2 years.
On Oct. 5/07, we went to court once again to terminate child support for William Joseph Harris who has been on a 6 year holiday from school and work. He is now a grown man, unaccountable to his parents.
Paulette Harris, his mother, collects the child support. This is fraudulent as he is no longer a child.
She too, was ordered to pay child support to assist in William’s own apartment, but he has long since moved and she no longer pays.
Chief Justice Joseph Kennedy, ordered Victor Harris to pay $10K in surety costs before he would hear our case.
Why? No other parent in Canada has to pay child support with no child!
No Justice, no Charter Rights, No parental rights.
Paulette Harris attacked me, Connie Brauer, on Aug.2/07. She assaulted me when I served her interrogatories, (legal questions) which she was supposed to fill out and mail back to us.
I charged her with assault. I called 911 and the police wouldn’t lay the charges so I had to lay a private prosecution.
Paulette Harris in the meantime called police and lied to them and told them I had assaulted her. Not once but twice. She is a school teacher who works at Oxford School in Halifax. She is a liar, a scammer and very violent. She DID assault me. Evan have the picture to prove it.
She was acquitted by Justice Digby when she and her daughter Emily Mae Harris, also a school teacher from Ontario, blatantly lied in court. My husband, Vic Harris and I told the truth.
She then applied for a peace bond against me, the victim. Go figure! After 4 trips to the court house, I agreed to keep the peace just to get back home again. It was getting late.
WE have no idea where any of the adults are. They are all gone and that’s who she wanted me to stay away from. WE don’t see any of them anyway.
Vic Harris, the Dad has spent over one quarter of a million dollars in child support for this family and they are destructive and ungrateful.
Warning! If you have any involvement with this family be careful!
They are not to be trusted. Your life will be destroyed.
