We are offering a $100 reward for information

about William Joseph Harris’s whereabouts.

William Joseph Harris, age 22

Last known address, 6048 Pepperell St. Halifax, NS.

This information must lead to

• Child support termination and /or
• Criminal Code Charges for fraud and Conspiracy to commit fraud.

William Harris and his mother, Paulette Harris have been collecting fraudulant child support from their

father Victor Harris of Falmouth for the last three years.

His whereabouts are unknown to our family.

Paulette Harris has refused to cooperate with the  Dad, the police and Maintenance Enforcement.

She secretly submitted slanderous  and libelous material to the court which resulted in the

Chief Justice Joseph Kennedy unconstitutionally ordering a $10,000 surety costs before he would hear

our case to terminate child support.

This violates the Constitution of Canada, Charter violation Sect. 24.

Anyone whose rights or freedoms, as guaranteed by this Charter, have been infringed or denied may apply to a court of competent jurisdiction to obtain such remedy as the court considers appropriate and just in the circumstances.

It is way past time that William Harris came forward and made a man of himself and stopped collected fraudulent child support.

It is way past time that Paulette Louise Raymond Harris terminated fraudulant child support on her own without having to go back to court. She lies to the courts and then she complains that she has to attend court.

Go figure.

Where have all the respectful people gone?

The $100 reward will only be paid if the information provided leads to the termination of child support or the arrest of William J. Harris and Paulette L.R. Harris  for fraud.
