Chief Justice Kennedy Did The Unthinkable! $10,000 Extortion!

Windsor Court Room, Chief Justice Kennedy Presiding.On Oct. 3/07 Chief Justice Kennedy attempted to extort $10,000 from my husband Vic Harris.

He declared, right from the beginning, that he would not hear our case to terminate child support for William Harris, age 21, missing, unaccountable and who knows where.

We had prepared our application properly as usual, filled, filed and served and were in court, ready and waiting on time.Paulette Harris, the mother and the recipient of $3600 a year in child support for an adult who ’s whereabouts are unknown wandered in late as usual.

Justice Kennedy was about to say that he would not hear our case unless we paid $10,000 to the Dept. of Justice.

This he felt was just!!!!!!!!???????

We have paid a quarter of a million dollars in childsupport for 3 children in 13 years. That’s $250,000! Most of it on a retired, fixed income pension.

It’s not enough that the scammer, Paulette Harris is receiving child support for a grown man who is missing. She also had requested costs in the past and got it.So now we can’t come to court even if we have a valid change of circumstances.

Now we will most likely pay child support forever. For a man too lazy to get a job.

Never mind that this is a total violation of all human rights, The Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms and the Divorce Act.Paulette Harris claimed William Harris is mentally disabled but has not provided any proof.No mental assessment.

In fact, two previous judges denied us an independent mental assessment as is our right under Civil Procedure Rules 22.1Two judges denied the evidence of William’s boss, stating that he was a competent worker.Two judges denied the evidence of his doctor stating that he knew nothing of mental disabilities.Two judges felt there was no change of circumstance as there was no evidence he wasn’t working. Why should he? He gets paid to sleep in till mid afternoon each day.

Three judges ordered costs because we came to court, however the only way to terminate child support is to come to court.William Harris was subpoenaed multiple times but has failed to show up in court.

Paulette Harris was also ordered to pay child support to William, to pay for his own private apartment.He soon moved back home and her expenses were eliminated.However, Dad still pays.What a scam!Now Chief Justice Kennedy announces he won’t hear our case unless we pay the Dept of Justice $10,000.He based this on information from Paulette Harris, the Oxford School Teacher, who waltzed in late and didn’t bother to file any papers.

Kennedy didn’t bother to share the information with Victor Harris either.

What an amazing scam and miscarriage of justice.What does a quarter of a million dollars look like? $250,000. Can you just imagine how we could have cared for the children with our own money???

We have absolutely nothing to show for it. Three grown adults whom we do not even know where they are.

This Canada, is our court system.
